Description: NA This solicitation is changed to read as follows: On or about January 15, 2004, this office will issue a Request for Proposals for a Best Value Procurement of the construction of ADAL USAF HOSPITAL at the AIR FORCE ACADEMY, COLORADO. The solicitation will close on or about 30 days from date of issuance or on or about February 17, 2004. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is tentative scheduled for January 29, 2004, subject to change, at the proposed Construction Site at 9:00 A.M. MST.
