NA THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. FOR FURTHER INNFORMATION CONTACT MR. VINCENT PACCHIANA, NURSE METHODS ANALYST AT 706-787-2094. EMAIL ADDRESS: vincent.pacchiana@se.amedd.army.mil. This announcement is a notice that TRICARE Regions 3, 4 & 15 that includ e all DOD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Southcom are in the process of standardizing Protective Apparel as listed in the subject line above. Companies with curren t Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAs) with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia for these items are eligible to participate in the standardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full product line, must provide customer support, in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within TRICARE Regions 3, 4 & 15, must provide clin ical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide company??????s return policy, must provide company??????s distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Regions 3, 4 & 15, and must provide electron ic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: Protective Shoe Covers- Latex free; Material has low lint content; Made of a non-slip material; Product withstands tearing under normal conditions; Made so that one s ize accommodates all foot sizes; Extra Large size available; Protective 3-layer fabric with no potential fluid contact; Available Ankle Guard and Full-Coverage Boot. Protective Hair/Head Covers- Latex free; Material has low lint content; Designed to minimi ze microbial dispersal; One size fits all (Bouffant style); Covers head, side hair, facial hair, sideburns & neckline; Product withstands tearing under normal conditions; Wide range of styles; Available Non-Elastic Tie Cap; Available Protective Surgical Ho od with tie neck; Available Full-coverage protective surgical hood; and Available styles for ??????no potential fluid contact as well as light fluid contamination from splashing or spraying?????? (1-3 layer fabric). Respondents must address all criteria listed above.
