- A Small Purchase Order will be issued to Decision Dynamics, Inc. (DDI) of Bethesda, MD in support of the T58 engine program. This proposed Small Purchase Order is required to renew an annual End-User License Agreement with Decision Dynamics, Inc. (DDI) for FleetSight Software. DDI is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the pilot program developed under their Small Business Innovative Research effort called ?FleetSight.?
