- Description
- SYNOPSIS OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SIX MONTH EXTENSION TO CONTRACT N00019-98-D-0066 Special Notice. This is not a RFP. The Government intends to negotiate and issue a sole source modification to extend Contract N00019-98-D-0066. The purpose of the modification is to provide technical, engineering, and program advisory and assistance services to support the Program Manager Activity (PMA) for the Navy Targets and Aerial Vehicles Program Office (PMA-208) until completion of a competitive award. The estimated period of performance is from 1 January 2004 through 30 June 2004. The incumbent contractor DP, Associates Inc., is the only source available with the technical expertise to effectively and efficiently complete the additional effort without causing degradation of mission capability and operational support in the period needed to complete a competitive award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
