- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) has a requirement for specific make and model Microsoft Software. The requirement is restricted to Microsoft and Microsoft distributors to allow compatibility with existing Microsoft software/licenses used in current program development efforts. Any alternatives must at a minimum provide software compatibility without jeopardizing current developmental efforts and without jeopardizing current Microsoft licenses. The required items and quantities are as follows: Purchase MDL H22-00089 MOLP Project Server 2002 Microsoft Government License (1 EACH), Purchase MDL CCPM-00559-0-96 Project Server Media (1 EACH), Purchase MDL H30-00073 Project Professional 2002 (20 EACH), Purchase MDL H21-00133 Project 2002 CAL (30 EACH) and Purchase MDL 228-00975 MS SQL Server Standard 1 Processor (2 EACH). Delivery is required F.O.B. Dest ination NLT 30 Days After Date Of Order to NSWCDD. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED UNDER THIS NOTICE. SUBMIT FAXED, SIGNED AND DATED QUOTATIONS NLT 2:00 P.M. 01 DECEMBER 2003 to 540-653-6810. IT IS THE OFFEROR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE THAT THE QUOTE IS RECEIVED TIMELY AND THAT IT IS LEGIBLE AND COMPLETE. AS A MINIMUM, QUOTATIONS MUST INCLUDE: (1) Reference to Quotation Number N00178-04-Q-3002, (2) The quoter's name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address, (3) Clear identification of the offered brand product, model numbers, quantities and prices for each offered item, (4) The offered delivery date and (5) Descriptive literature for any/all non-Microsoft offered products/items (NTE 5 pages), which clearly addresses the minimum specifications. QUOTES FAILING TO SUBMIT THE ABOVE INFORMATION MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to NSWCDD, Bldg 183, Room 106, Code XDS13, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. See Note 22. Closing time and date is 2:00 P.M. 01 December 2003.
