- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, Inc., Lincoln, MA, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is in accordance with a Statement of Work that describes the requirement for a two- day, Balanced Scorecard Skill Building Workshop for approximately 30 NAVOCEANO employees. This action will be conducted utilizing the procedures of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting contract is anticipated to be firm fixed price. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
