- NAICS Code 541310. THIS NOTICE AMENDS THE PRIOR SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR GS-08P-03-JCD-0016 for Supplemental Architect-Engineer contract for various A-E services, primarily design services and construction management services. PRIMARY SERVICE AREA: Any combination of the following States -- Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. SECONDARY SERVICE AREA: Any combination of the following States -- Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. Contract type and term: Indefinite-quantity task order contract for A-E Services for a one-year period with provision for 4 one-year option periods. Contract to start o/a 03/15/04. The following items are changed as noted: (1) INDIVIDUAL TASK ORDERS will be issued against each contract awarded. (2) The maximum ordering limitation (MOL) will be $750,000/year/contract. (3) SELECTION CRITERIA: It is the intent of GSA to award an A/E contract in each of the states listed above as the Primary Service Area. Therefore, in addition to the four criteria outlined in the original solicitation notice, offerors will be grouped and ranked according to their location. The most qualified firms for each state will be notified that they have been selected to participate in the interview phase of this procurement. Those considered most qualified will be recommended for award. If there are no qualified firms located in a particular state listed in the Primary Service Area, or should none of the offerors located in a particular state prove to be fully qualified, an award will not be made for that state. Coverage for that state will be made by those firms awarded contracts in the surrounding states that indicated that they would provide services in that state. (4) The top ranked firms, by state, recommended for interview will be evaluated and recommended solely on their written responses to this announcement. All other details of the original solicitation announcement remain unchanged. Box 25546, Denver CO 80225-0546 (overnight delivery - Bldg. 41, Rm. 288, Denver Federal Center, 6th Ave & Kipling St). Mark the envelope in the lower left corner: "GS-08P-03-JCD-0016". The revised information or the new SF's 254 and 255 must be received by the above POC by 12:00 noon local time, December 5, 2003. Late submittals will be handled in accordance with FAR clause 52.215-1, subparagraph (c)(3)(i).
