Description

The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek competitive offers for award of a contract to develop a customer service delivery model. The House is seeking a professional vendor to research and gathering information, conduct an analysis, and then create a model of the CAO?s current (As-Is) customer service delivery model. This RFP, all related documents and amendments, if any, is available electronically through the following website http://www.house.gov/cao-opp/currentsol.htm. Interested parties can obtain a copy of this RFP by accessing the above website. A pre-proposal conference has been schedule for December 4, 2003; an amendment will be post to the website to identify the exact time and location. Questions relating to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Edwin Davis at the above e-mail or facsimile. Questions will be received until 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on December 12, 2003. Written responses to all questions will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. No verbal request for the solicitation package will be honored.*****
