- Description: See numbered notes 12 and 26. NSN 2815-01-411-3964 ? Crankshaft, Engine, used in General Motors 6.5 liter diesel engine. Being bought in accordance with AM General (34623) P/N 23502596 or GM Military Vehicle (7X677) P/N 23502596. Total quantity required is 900 each with 368 each to e shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 112 each to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination. There is an option for 240 each, which may or may not be exercised by the Government. The solicitation also requests pricing on increments up to 1140 each. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 12/10/04. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 45 days. A written quotation is required and is to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA by the date and time specified.
