Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the Montgomery Civic Center, 300 Bibb St., Montgomery, AL 36140-2530 for rental of its facilities on 18DEC03, 18FEB04, 31MAR04, 20MAY04, 7JUL04, and 15SEP04 for graduation ceremonies. This will be firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified publications, they must respond to this notice before 1500 hrs (central time) on 2DEC03. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Montgomery Civic Center will be pursued.
