Description

******This is a follow-on requirement to an existing contract****** SOURCE OF SUPPLY: STAR Software Systems Corporation. This is a sole source requirement to the above captioned group in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: MAI Shop Floor Clean-up Line Item 0001 1 Lot $___________ Non-personal services to conduct an inventory, determine condition and disposition of material and equipment in accordance with the attached Performance Based Statement of Work. Line Item 0002 1 Lot (To Be Determined) Any additional work required will be as directed by the government and in accordance with pre-negotiated labor rates and categories. Tasks performed under this CLIN shall be approved by the Contracting Officer before commencement of the work and in accordance with the applicable local clause. The fixed hourly rate includes all charges for direct and indirect labor, overhead and profit. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 05 Jan 2004 ? 30 June 2004 FOB: Destination SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED: 24 Nov 2003 ANTICIPATED/ESTIMATED AWARD DATE: 30 Dec 2003 PROCUREMENT WILL BE HANDLED UNDER FAR 15 (NON-COMMERCIAL ITEM). REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO SERVICE CONTRACT ACT. Work shall be provided in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. A copy of the solicitation will be provided to any contractor who requests one.
