Description

NA NA DESC: 3040-01-335-8519, Part Number 9380316-2, the item being procured is a Shaft Drive, Flexible. This item is part of the Integrated Sight Unit (ISU) door closure system that allows the Bradley Fighting Vehicle gunner to open and close the ISU doors from inside the vehicle. The proposed contract will be a 5-year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement that will be a 100% small business set-aside. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 100 each. FOB is origin. Estimated issue date is 10 Dec 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by access ing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mail ing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
