Description

NA This effort is sole source to Honeywell Engines, Systems and Services, 717 North Bendix Dr., South Bend, IN 46620-1001 (Cage 06848). Authority and justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. A firm fixed price base year FY04 co ntract with two one year option period is contemplated. The proposed effort is for the acquisition of four (4) each Flight Line Test Sets (FLTS) in base year FY04. The effort will also include an FY05 option for four (4) each (FLTS) and FY06 for four (4) e ach FLTS. The proposed contract action is for services/supplies for which the Government does not have adequate data available to permit full and open competition. Firms that can accomplish the above requirement are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer and provide supporting evidence to permit participation in current or future solicitations.
