Description

NA THE GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING CERTIFIED SOCIOECONOMIC/SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS CAPABLE MEETING SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY FIRM-FIXED PRICED TASK ORDER CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS TO PROVIDE ARCHICTECTURAL AND ENGINEERING (A-E) S ERVICES WITHIN THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS LAKE AND RIVERS DIVISION. DESC: CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Nashville District Corps of Engineers under a nationwide agreement with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) will provide architectural a nd engineering design services and construction contract administration support at the Oak Ridge, TN facility. This office is seeking A-E services from firms who have knowledge of the locality in terms of special site conditions, geology, construction c osts, and building code requirements. This office is also seeking firms with past performance and experience on DOD, DOE (NNSA) contracts for the Y-12 Oak Ridge facility. Firms must have demonstrated experience in architectural, electrical, structural, m echanical, and civil engineering. The NAICS code is 541310, Building Architectural Design Services, small business size standard is $4.0 million per year averaged over the past 3 fiscal years. This is a Sources Sought Notice.
