The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a contract for Howard Hanson Dam Cofferdam AE Construction Support Service with INCA Inc., Bellevue, WA. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 b 1 The contractor will be required to provide A&E Engineering Support Services to augument the Governments construction management effort during construction of the Juvenile Fish Passage Fac ility Cofferdam and Excavation contract at Howard Hanson Dam, Additional Water Storage Project. Contract term shall be one base year and eleven options.
