- ALLIANCE 2004, OPPORTUNITIES FOR SMALL BUSINESS TRAINING CONFERENCE AND TRADE SHOW MARCH 16, 2004 EMERALD DOWNS, AUBURN, WA Small businesses have the opportunity to meet and network with over 100 federal agencies and major prime contractors at the annual conference, ?Alliance 2004? to take place at Emerald Downs, Auburn, Washington, March 16, 2004. Numerous Department of Defense and Federal Agencies have combined to provide training and purchasing opportunities for small business owners. This unprecedented cooperative effort is designed to provide small businesses with the tools and opportunities to do business with a multitude of government agencies and prime contractors. The agencies are the US Army, US Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District, US Air Force, US Navy, US General Services Administration, US Small Business Administration, Federal Aviation Administra tion, and Defense Contract Management Agency Seattle.
