Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Services/Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a competitive procurement. Award will be based on lowest bidder meeting all specifications. INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF MITEL SX 200 PBX TELEPHONE SYSTEM EQUIPPED FOR: (a) SIXTEEN (16) TRUNK PORTS; (b) SIXTY (60) DIGITAL STATION PORTS; (c) TWELVE ANALOG STATION PORTS. SYSTEM MUST BE EQUIPPED TO CONNECT CUSTOMER PROVIDED PAGING AND MUSIC ON HOLD. MAIN CABINET MUST HAVE THE CAPACITY FOR EIGHT (8) CIRCUIT CARDS AND THE CPU. EXPANSION CABINET MUST HAVE THE CAPACITY FOR EIGHT (8) CIRCUIT CARD. THE SYSTEM CAN HAVE (7) EXPANSION CABINETS WITH A TOTAL SYSTEM CAPACITY OF 672 PORTS. SYSTEM TO CONSIST OF (1) 100 PAIR PVC CABLE BETWEEN COMMUNICATION CLOSETS, (1) SUPERSET 4150 TOUCH SCREEN TELEPHONE, (9) SUPERSTE 4025 MULTI-LINE FULL FUNCTION SET, (40) SUPERSET 4015 MULTI-LINE ENTRY LEVEL FEATURE SET, (1) 4 PORT MITEL EXPRESS MESSENGER, (96) LICENSES AND (1) DITEK SURGE PROTECTOR.
