Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to make a sole source award to McDonald Bradley, Inc., 2250 Corporate Park Drive, Suite 500, Herndon, VA 20171. The acquisition is to acquire continued Independent Verification & Validation services for HUD's Single Family Asset Management System (SAMS/A80S), Single Family Mortgage Notes System (SFMNS/A80N), Single Family Premium Collection System-Periodic (SFPCS-P/A80B) and Management & Marketing server administration, maintenance, and help desk support on an interim basis while HUD competes these services under a separate procurement. The SAMS/A80S, SFMNS/A80N, and SFPCS-P/A80B are HUD?s mission critical, highly specialized property management and financial systems that perform a full range of management, marketing, and oversight activities. The award for these continued services will be for six months and one six-month option!!
