Description

Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan 18th Contracting Squadron, intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, to include 3 Option Years under Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR)Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Environmental Resource Associates (ERA), 6000 West 54th Ave, Arvade, CO 80003, for ERA quality control standards and proficiency testing standard. The Contract shall include quarterly delivery of the following quality control standard; WasteWatR Set, Potable WatR-34 minus Coliform, Total Organic Carbon, Flame AA Trace Metals in Water, Total Organic Halides in Water, PCB in Soil Set - Low, PCB in Water Set, PCB in Oil Set - Low, TCLP Metals in Soil, TPH in Water Set, BTEX in Water, TPH in Soil Set, BTEX in Soil. The Contract shall include the following Bi-Annualy delivery proficiency testing samples; WatR Pollution Inorganic Set, WP PCBs in Water, WP PCBs in Oil, WatR Supply Inorganic Set, WS PCBs.
