The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 19 Dec 2003 and will appear on Memphis District's web site www.mvm.usace.arm y.mil. SOLICITATION MUST BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE MEMPHIS DISTRICT WEB PAGE. The position for the Security Specialist will be located in the Memphis District's Office of Security and Law Enforcement. The services shall be 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year and operate on the same work schedule as full time government employees.
