Description

The work consist of furnishing stainless steel for handrails, including miscellaneous loose items, bolts and fastenings ? inch diameter and greater, and plates and hangers ? inch thick and over. Mill certificates, section and material properties of pipe, bars, and miscellaneous plates showing that the material supplied meets the requirements and specifications are required. All submittals shall be sent to the contracting officer for review and approval prior to shipment of materials. Materials include Stainless steel Type 304, condition A, mill finish. See Part 2 of specifications for exact dimensions, diameters, and material requirements. All quantities are estimates. Actual quantities will be based on price of individual items and available funds. Multiple suppliers may be selected based on price and availability of individual items. Price proposal for all items is not required. All prices F.O.B Wind Cave National Park. This is firm fixed price supply contract. Solicitation will be available only on the Department of the Interior (DOI) Website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov O/A: December 5, 2003? Cost range $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 (FAR 36-024); NAICS: 331111, P&S: 9520, Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656), and is open to large and small business alike.
