Description

Sources Sought for conducting friction testing on runways at McGuire AFB NJ 08641. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to conduct a friction tests on two runways. Test to be conducted to determine if rubber removal needs to be accomplished on runways. Full written report and analysis required. If rubber removal required, contractor will be required to conduct a test after rubber removal is completed. Rubber removal will be completed by a contractor currently under contract to McGuire and this effort will not be required. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-AUG-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 25-NOV-2003.
