Description

Amendment 4 to Solicitation SP0600-03-R-0156: A. The requirement for the index product has been deleted from the solicitation. B. The Government is soliciting offers on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for Fort Hood and Goodfellow AFB. C. Attachment III and Installation Data Spreadsheet Fort Hood.xls have been updated to match line item and ESI-ID numbers for the Fort Hood accounts. D. The Government has determined that the Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) in not applicable to Ft. Hood. E. The Government has determined that the Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) is applicable to Goodfellow AFB. F. Offerors are advised that the Texas General Land Office (GLO) is exempt from GRT and the Public Utility Commission fee (PUC fee), as mandated by the Public Utility assessment imposed under Chapter 16 of the Utilities Code. Therefore, in the event an acceptable GLO offer is received, the evaluation of prices under this solicitation will take the price impact of the above into account. G. The solicitation document has be updated and revised to reflect all Amendment 0004 changes. Pleasereview carefully. H. Offerors who have previously submitted a Technical Proposal are not required to resubmit the entire package on November 25, 2003, unless the offeror elects to change all or part of their offer as a result of amendments to the solicitation. Offerors are reminded to use the revised Attachment III for the Pricing Data due on December 2, 2003. I. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
