Description

NA This project is for the installation of approximaely 4.2 miles of sewage gravity flow interceptor between College Road and the Byhalia Road Pumping Station, located near Hernando in DeSoto County, Mississippi. Work will consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation of trenches, dewatering, installation of sewage gravity flow interceptor pipe, backfilling and compaction of trenches, and seeding and fertilization of disturbed areas. The estimated cost of this work is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 . There will be twenty-two (22) drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement with Price Evaluation for HubZone small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently o wned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 237110 and SIC Code 1629. Bid opening for this solicitation will be on or about 15 January 2004.
