Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole-source Firm Fixed Price Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with one base year and 2 option years to General Electric Company, Aircraft Engines (GEAE) to manufacture and provide mandated OEM-qualified VH-3D (T-58) and VH-60 (T-700) engine spare parts. GEAE is the only known source with the necessary technical data, knowledge, experience, and expertise required to perform this effort. The estimated value of this procurement is $3.3 million per each year. This synopsis replaces previous solicitation number N00019-03-R-0059. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. See Note 22 and Note 26.
