Description: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole-source award to American Science and Engineering, Inc, Billerica, MA for one year of emergency and preventative maintenance on three (3) MICRO-DOSE model 101GT, and (1) model 101ZZ electro-mechanical X-ray systems. No solicitation is available. This is not a request for proposals. This requirement will be accompanied through the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR part 13.
