Description: NA This is a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source contract to Rohm and Haas Company, Philadelphia, PA for the purchase of 30,000 pounds of Ambersorb 348F (Ion Exchange Resin)(a proprietary component of the Rohm and Haas Company). Justification: Supplies or Services required are available from only one source or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is published to alert interested subcontr actors. Note 22 applies.
