- PR: IQC03302009009. NSN: 5855-01-246-6805. Item description: CASE SHIPPING. Approved sources: Litton Systems Inc. DBA Electro-Optical Systems (27777) P/N A3144257, Insight Technology Inc. (0B107) P/N A3144257-2, and New Innovative Products Inc. (004G6) P/N SC-061016. A 12-month Indefinite Delivery Contract with four (4) 12-month option periods (5-year total) is anticpated. Increments solicited: 100-249, 250-499, 500-999, 1000-1499, and 1500-2500 units. Set-Aside: Small Business Set-Aside. Destination: Specified on individual delivery orders. Delivery schedule: Specified on individual delivery orders. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. See Note(s): 1, 13, 26. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five (5) years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
