- Air Force Research Laboratory, the Human Effectiveness Directorate (AFRL/HECV) solicits research proposals for Flexible Displays and Integrated Communications Device (FDICD) Technology. The goal of this effort is to initiate exploratory research to develop flexible display and integrated communications device (FDICD) technology with leading-edge global positioning, communications components, voice messaging, displays, and related technologies.
