- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing is placing a Blanket Purchase Agreement with BASF Corporation for Nyloplates for fiscal year 2004. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used.
