Description

The US Government currently occupies 2,127 usable square feet of space at 3231 Ruckriegle Parkway, Louisville, KY under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costa. All services, utilities, supplies and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
