- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F33CES33010200 and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 325314, with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. Quantity: 1500 CY of topsoil with little or no sand for workability, free of vegetation and debris, containing no weeds. Material to be delivered to stockpile area of material yard located south of pole yard at Altus AFB. Must be delivered in timely manner not to exceed four weeks time frame. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items (Oct 2003). Submit signed and dated offer to 97 CONS/LGCB, 303 J Ave. Bldg. 302, Altus AFB OK 73523-5132 at or before 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday, 8 Dec 03. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (June 2003) with the quotation. If a copy of the provisions are needed, they can be found on arnet.gov/far or as an attachment to this posting. FAR clause 52.212-4 (Oct 2003), Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. 52.212-4 (c) Changes is tailored as follows: Changes in the terms and conditions of this contract may be made only by written agreement of the parties with the exception of administrative changes (such as changes in paying office, appropriation data, etc.) which may be changed unilaterally by the Government.
