Description

PRESOLICITION NOTICE FOR CHAPERON SERVICE AT RAF MILDENHALL, UNITED KINGDOM In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202(a)(12), Notification of Proposed Contract Action was not advertised in the Commerce Business Daily as only United Kingdom sources will be solicited and all services will be performed outside the United States. The U.S. Air Force 48th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit proposals and award a Single, Fixed Priced Contract for Chaplain Chaperon Services for RAF Mildenhall Chapel, Suffolk, England. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor will provide all non-personal services and materials, except as otherwise provided for in this contract. The contractor will provide outreach ministry organization and direction, volunteer development and training, support group coordination, planning meetings, reports, and retreats. More information will be provided in the solicitation. Anticipated solicitation release date is 8 Dec 2003.
