NA ***ATTENTION***CONTACT , CONTRACTING OFFICER, ROBERTA BODINE, AMSAM-AC-LS-A, EMAIL ROBERTA.BODINE@REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX3F5503AXAX, NSN: 1615-01-262-9482, PN: 7-311511182-17, Quantity: 64 each, with a one 100% option, applicable to AH-64 Apache , F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The Required delivery with First Article Test Report is 28 each, 405 d ays after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without FAT is 28 each, 270 DACA. The required delivery with Alternate II, is 28 each, 338 DACA . This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, the data needed to acquire this part comp etitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalific ation requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated dat e and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective em bassies. No telephone requests will be accepted.
