Description: The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center has a requirement on the behalf of the Neonatal ICU. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced commercial purchase order to INO Therapeutics 54 Old Highway 22 Clinton, NJ 08809 for their INOMAX Delivery System (inhaled nitric oxide). The INOMAX is for the treatment of persistant pulmonary hypertension (PPHN) in infants and pulmonary hypertension (PHN) in adults. A copy of the solicitation will be made available on www.neco.navy.mil by 9 December 2003. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). See Note 22.
