Description

Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations required to complete all work necessary to provide maintenance, cleaning and repair (including roofing and civil work) work on interior and exterior of family housing units and their storage sheds at Camp Zama, Sagamihara Family Housing Area and Sagami General Depot, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. Site orientation: 12 Sep 03, 1000 hrs. Participants will meet at Main Gate of Camp Zama, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. All offerors are encouraged to participate in the scheduled tour.
