Description

This is a synopsis for commercial service. This announcement constitutes a synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on this web site on or about 10 December 03. This procurement is open to small or large businesses. The solicitation document, which will be available on this web site, will incorporate the provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code for this project is 811212 with a size standard of $18.0 Million. The contractor shall provide maintenance support for two (2) 2700 TELENEX 512 Matrix Switches and two (2) Matrix Switch Consoles. The period of performance is 1 January 04 through 30 September 04. All interested parties must be registered with the central contractor registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. CCR must be obtained before award can be made. A site visit will be scheduled if requested. Contractors interested in requesting a site visit will need to contact TSgt Ric Schweitzer or MSgt Patrick Foster no later than 8 December 03. Once the contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers by mail to: 55 Contracting Squadron, ATTN: TSGT RIC SCHWEITZER, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB, NE 68113-2107. The tentative due date for receipt of proposals is 4 P.M. CST on 22 December 03. Contractors are advised to monitor this web site for any updates and/or changes.
