- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport has a requirement for underwater explosive shock testing as defined by MIL-S-901D (Navy) for the following equipment: Sparsely Populated Volumetric Array (SPVA), Wideband Multimode Sensor (WMS) and TR-338 Upsounder Transducer. A Not To Exceed purchase order is anticipated with efforts beginning in late December and being completed approximately 6 weeks after award. This is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is 541330; $23 Million. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items. Evaluation factors are technical capability, price and past performance. Each is equally important. A solicitation is expected to be posted on web site listed below by 09 Dec 2003. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
