Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS), in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), has a requirement for Isonate in the capacity of a 55-gallon drum. PSNS is supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center?s (NSWC) efforts to transition experimental materials for full-scale evaluation to Fleet applications. The experimental material formulation developed between NSWC and Alliance Chemical Inc. restricts this purchase. Some material specifications are not available at this time to allow for a competitive procurement. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Alliance Chemical Inc., 204 S. Edmonds St, Taylor Texas 76574. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only. Additional sources are not being sought at this time.
