Description

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston intends to award a $1.1 Million Modification to Contract N65236-03-D-5130 with Segovia, Ltd. This contract was competively awarded on 19 September 2003 as a commercial, small business set-aside. The modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis because Segovia is currently performing work under the contract and is the only readily available source capable of satisfying the combination of ongoing requirements while meeting critical deadlines for ongoing tasks. This modification is for VoIP Professional Calling Package, All voice service accessed via Segovia's Broadband IP Network, IP Fax Service accessed via Segovia's Broadband IP Network and IP Fax Interfax.
