Description: NA Dear Prospective Offerors: The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is planning for a contract to obtain services for a National Contact Center (NCC). The purpose of this request is to solicit comments from the contractor community and obtain input regarding the attached draft Statement of Objectives (SOO). As such, we request your comments, information, and/or data that would help improve the draft SOO. The following questions are examples of the type of information for which we solicit your input: a. Are there any problems/areas of concerns with the SOO, i.e., too restrictive or unclear? If so, please identify and provide suggested language. b. How should EEOC market the National Contact Center to its customers? c. How should a National Contact Center maximize customer services to EEOC customers. d. What is the best approach to evaluate customer satisfaction? e. What lessons have you learned from implementing other National Contact Centers? f. Which contract type and line item structure will best support this acquisition? g. Which critical weight factors would you consider to be included in the technical evaluation criteria? h. Should EEOC include a small business set-aside subcontracting goal for this acquisition? What would be the impact of this requirement?
