Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is requesting a fixed price quotation for subject RFQ HSBP10040031 for the purchase and delivery of aviation kerosene-1 (TS-1) to the Aviation Section, Georgian Border Guard Aviation Facility, Tbilisi Airport, Georgia (formerly Republic of Georgia). A total of 180 metric tons is required. The RFQ is posted as an attachment to this FedBizOpps synopsis. All prices shall be provided in U.S. Dollars; and all documents shall be submitted in the English language. This procurement is being conducted under procedures set forth in FAR Part 12. Quotations are to be submitted via facsimile to the American Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia, before 4:00 PM (local Tbilisi time) December 18, 2003. Local FAX number is 995-32-775-026. All payments by the U.S. Government will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through the SWIFT payment system. Any questions pertaining to this procurement must be transmitted to the Contracting Officer NOT LATER THAN 2:00 PM (local Washington, DC time) on December 11, 2003.
