Description

This is 100 percent set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 541360 with a small business size standard of $4 million. Each year the Forest Health Protection staff conducts aerial detection surveys on approximately 28 million acres. This project takes the polygon, point and attribute data recorded during these surveys and are copied from the flight maps to trace maps. This information is digitized from the trace maps. User maps are produced for distribution. This project will be awarded as a firm fixed price performance based service contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency. The performance period for this contract is one year from the date of award. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website and downloading the RFQ. The anticipated date for posting the Request for Quote on FEDBIZOPPS is on or about January 7, 2004.
