Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, parts, transportation and supervision necessary to apply and restore, a protective sealant, to the tile and grout floors and baseboards in the restrooms located in the Basement and 2nd through 7th floors of the Building 20, Operations Center, at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Columbus, Ohio, as described in Section C Statement of Work. Solicitation will be issued on December 15, 2003. Project to be completed within 90 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 1. The Small Business size standard is $14,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 561720. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 100% Small Business Set Aside.
