NA NOUN: SUPPORT, STRUCTURAL; NSN: 1560-01-237-3689, P/N: 70308-03613- 041, QTY: 18 each, plus One 100% Options, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. Approved source is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT., 06615-9129 (CAGE 78286). The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically availabl e, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION A CT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to id entify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements.
