Description

NA This posting constitutes the US Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Canberra Industries Inc, 800 Research Parkway, Meriden,CT 06450 for two each Coaxial Germanium Detectors Mdl GC6020, two each Slim Line MAC Mdl 7935SL-2, and two DSP Portable MCA, Mdl 1300 Inspector 2000, due to the need for standardization and software proprietary to Canberra. Award amount is $36,000. The applicable NAICS is 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within two calendar days of the date of this notice via email. See numbered note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discr etion of the Government, FAR 13.106-1(b). There will be no solicitation available.
