Description

NA Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Perform Minor Maintenance and Repairs to Barrack Facilities. Work consist of but not limited to electrical repairs, plumbing, HVAC repairs, wall repairs, door replacement or repair, window repairs, flooring repairs, cab inet repair, suspended ceiling repairs, and replace missing fire extinguishers. The period of performance will 7 to 21 calendar days for each BPA call. The estimated range for each BPA call is $2,000.00 to $100,000.00 and the estimated value of the BPA i s $3,500,000.00. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrest ricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 236116 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
