- Description
- The U.S. Army, Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command - Picatinny intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Heckler & Koch Defense Inc., 21480 Pacific Boulevard, Sterling, VA 20166 under the approved authority of FAR 6.302-1(1)(2)(ii). This requirement is for the continued development, testing and provision of seventy-two (72) Safety Blank Firing Adapters specifically for the XM8 Light Weight Assault Weapon system for which Heckler & Koch is the current designer. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
