Description

NA This is a Notice of Intent to sell personal property sole source to Entergy Louisiana Inc., via Army Regulation 405-90 under the facilities use contract with Valentec, Incoporated, Contract DAAA09-97-G-0005, Delivery Order 0008. This property will be used to supply power to the Louisiana Army Ammunition Plant, therefore, in accordance with FAR 6-302-1 and Louisiana Revised Statute 45:123, Entergy Louisiana, Inc. is the only source available to supply power (300 feet rule) to Louisiana Army Ammunition P lant. Completion of the anticipated sale is on or before 31 January 2004. This is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this sale based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
