Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about December 23, 2003. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Environmental Remediation and Abatement Services at the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site Visitor Center, 450 Auburn Avenue, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30312. All abatement and demolition work shall be accomplished in strict compliance with EPA, IAQA, and OSHA Regulations. Offeror will be required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and personnel (trained, certified, and licensed) to perform mold abatement work. This is 100% Set-aside for Small Business, and the National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises. Solicitation Number assigned to this project is N5560040023. This procurement will be subject to provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The NAICS Code is 562910 and small business size standard is $11.5 million. Contract duration is 45 calendar days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR subpart 36.204, the price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the location, time and date to be announced in the solicitation. Responses will be due 30 days following issuance of solicitation.
